Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://espikeycommercialcleaningllc.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.

Service Description. This Site describes Residential Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning provided by Espikey Commercial Cleaning LLC. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Espikey Commercial Cleaning LLC or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Termination. Espikey Commercial Cleaning LLC may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

Warranty Disclaimer. Espikey Commercial Cleaning LLC makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.

Limitation. In no event will Espikey Commercial Cleaning LLC's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Espikey Commercial Cleaning LLC from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of NC, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in NC.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
